Star lands in top tier for Standardized Testing

The Archdiocese of Detroit recently congratulated Our Lady Star of the Sea School for scoring in the top of the 1^st Quartile in both the Star Renaissance Math and Reading Testing for the Middle of the Year and End of the Year testing windows in the 2021-22 School Year. All Archdiocese of Detroit Catholic elementary schools take Star Renaissance Math and Reading tests three times a year to monitor student progress. When compared to other schools in the Archdiocese of Detroit, Our Lady Star of the Sea School’s First through Eighth Grade students scored higher than at least 75% of the other AOD schools in both testing periods.
