Aidan McFarlane, eighth grader at Our Lady Star of the Sea School and daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Jeffrey McFarlane has been notified by the National Geographic Society that she is one of the semifinalists eligible to compete in the 2017 Michigan National Geographic State Bee. The contest will be held at Western Michigan University on Friday, March 31, 2017.
